Scott Sinclair has been a part of Richardson & Sinclair, since he left school. The business was started by his (late) father, Paul Sinclair and Burton Richardson in 1967. Since then, Richardson & Sinclair has had strong presence across the Orana region and the business has achieved steady growth, with a wide-spread and loyal client base. With a strong presence in the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets, Richardson & Sinclair never fails to deliver top results.

When he’s not serving clients, Scott can be found on a bike or supporting his children with their many sporting endeavours.

Dubbo-born and raised Justin Sanderson has been part of the team at Richardson and Sinclair since 2012. In 2014, Justin was the runner-up in NSW Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association’s Young Auctioneers Competition; and he’s used that experience to become an accomplished auctioneer.

Justin works across the Dubbo and Warren office, with his role including rural property sales; and in his spare time; runs a Alpine Charolais stud at Collie, with his wife Jane.

Mick Jones has been in pastoral industry since leaving school in 1984. Based in Dubbo for the past 16 years, Mick has a great knowledge of lambs, sheep and cattle. Mick is also an AuctionPlus accredited assessor and was recently recognised by AuctionsPlus in their Top 100 Awards which recognises assessors who go above and beyond for every livestock assessment. The awards pay tribute to our National Top 100 Assessors, cattle or sheep, for their outstanding contribution to the network and their customers.

Born & bred in Carinda, Bridgette joined Richardson and Sinclair in 2017 and has several years of experience in the real estate industry, as a property and sales manager. Bridgette is based in the Warren office and is committed to providing a high standard of care to all of her clients.

Deborah Tremain is based in the Nyngan office and provides support to the real estate division of Richardson and Sinclair.
